About me

Welcome to Carriage House Coaching, a branch of Carriage House Pilates & Wellness. My name is Marlisa Eyre, Carriage House founder, lead Pilates teacher, pastoral counselor and ICF certified life coach. I’m so happy that you stopped by! Here’s a bit about me and my coaching practice.
As an experienced teacher and coach, I have recognized the importance of mindset, commitment, consistency, and resiliency when it comes to crafting a healthy, holistic lifestyle. While regular exercise affects the body and mind in many positive ways, often limiting beliefs, negative self-talk, body image issues, and unhelpful lifestyle patterns push against our best attempts to be healthy, sabotaging all the hard work we put in.

My goal is to inspire clients to live fully and flourish in every part of life. Whether your goal is related to health/wellness or you want to strengthen your relationship with your spouse or family, live with purpose as a stay-at-home mom, navigate midlife or retirement changes, or launch a new business/ministry venture, it would be a privilege to partner with you.

For clients who face spiritual struggles, I would be honored to walk alongside you in coaching from a biblical perspective. Together, through prayer ministry and scriptural principles of spiritual freedom, we would seek the Lord for inner healing, freedom and abundance in Christ. I regularly publish free scripture-based meditations on my substack, The Well. (Click link below to read/subscribe.)

Whatever coaching path resonates with you, I am happy to offer an integrative approach addressing your body, mind, and spirit.

My goal is to empower clients to live with purpose, intention, and wholeness in every area of life. Writer, Annie Dillard, said “How we spend our days is, of course, how we spend our lives.” In scripture, the psalmist stated, “Teach us to number our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom” (Psalm 90:12, NIV). By creating an intentional rhythm of powerful daily habits and mindsets, we are equipped to make the most of the precious days we have been given. Whether at home, at work, in ministry, or in the community, my hope is to rekindle a joyful passion to live an abundant, impactful life for the glory of God.
