Private/Semi Private Training

Our private and semi-private sessions are ideal for clients who are just starting out on their pilates journey. Private/semi-private training allows beginners to build necessary core strength and a solid foundation for moving into group classes.

Private and semi-private training allows us to modify exercises to meet your specific needs. In private or semi-private sessions, we can tailor your pilates work, adjusting for most health/movement considerations. We are happy to receive referrals from your physician or physical therapist and we will work to follow any specified protocol to keep you moving safely.

Our private and semi-private classes offer athletes and advanced Pilates students an opportunity to take training to the next level. Pilates work is dynamic and results in deep core strength and stabilization preventing injury and optimizing performance.
Small Group Classes

Our small group classes feature dynamic pilates-centered work on the Reformer, Tower, TRX, Barre, Jumpboard and Mat. We utilize props (Bosu, balls, bands, Pilates ring, foam roller, etc) to keep every class engaging, challenging, and fun!

Our classes are offered in Beginner-Intermediate and Intermediate-Advanced and Advanced Coaching levels. We offer modifications in every class to be sure clients can progress at a level that feels both comfortable and challenging.
Our levels are based on current fitness, modification needs, and Pilates skill mastery.
We offer Advanced Coaching classes for those who have been training in Pilates for many years and demonstrate master level skill and ability for the most difficult classical pilates repertoire. Advanced Coaching classes are by instructor approval only.

Our semi-private trial is ideal for new clients to come in for a tour, meet our instructors, and try a 30-minute reformer session. In this trial, your instructor will recommend the best training setting for you!
